What’s new

Release Version 7.2.6 introduces advanced filtering tools, a structured search panel, and a change content comparison window in workflow to significantly improve data discoverability. This update also adds checkbox selections and right-click context menus across the platform to enhance overall navigation and streamline user workflows. 

Retention Schedule

Implemented checkbox selection in the Retention Schedule homepage tree-grid, and enabled right-click functionality on content items to access action menu options. 

Implemented an application-wide structured filter panel featuring expandable categories and advanced search options to improve data discoverability.

Implemented a keyword search feature within the filter dropdown, allowing users to filter results by specific operators and column headers.

Workflows

Clicking Change Request Content in the My Tasks side drawer of the workflow page opens a comparison window that highlights the relevant content differences

General

Right-click context menus have been implemented on navigation items and library components, allowing users to quickly open links in new tabs and access standard web application actions.
