What’s new

Release Version 7.2.5 introduces several key enhancements, including the integration of Citation Maintenance and Records Retention (Baseline and Tabular) reports, all accessible via a centralized treegrid for streamlined customization. The update also debuts a new Mapping Wizard and Versions page to facilitate tag-to-content mapping and version comparisons. Furthermore, a 'Mark as Principal Authority' option is now available across all content types within the Retention Schedule and Library sections.

Libraries

Versions

The Versions page is now available under the Libraries section of the navigation menu. This new feature enables users to view, manage, and compare different versions of their documents or libraries seamlessly.

Reports

The Citation Maintenance Report is now available under the Citations section of the Reports page. It allows users to generate customized reports using criteria such as Date Settings, Citation Filters, Translation, and Jurisdiction. Once generated, all reports are displayed and manageable within a treegrid view.

The Records Retention Schedule - Baseline report has been integrated into the Retention Schedule section of the Reports page. This feature enables users to generate tailored reports by configuring parameters such as Jurisdiction, Record Class, and Mapping Options. All generated reports are systematically organized and accessible within a treegrid view.

The Records Retention Schedule - Tabular report has been added to the Retention Schedule section of the Reports page. This feature allows users to generate highly customized reports by configuring parameters like Record Class, Taxonomy levels, and Prevailing Rules across various content types. All completed reports are centrally managed and accessible via an organized treegrid view.

Mapping Wizard

A new Mapping Wizard has been added to the navigation menu, allowing users to map Citation tags—including Citation Groups, Legal Subjects, and Legislative Areas—to Content Types like Record Classes. This interface provides full flexibility to add or remove mappings as needed.
