What’s new
Version 7.2.2 introduces several key features to the Standard Edition's Retention Schedule page, including the new Organization View. This update enables comprehensive template functionality, allowing users to download and upload templates for their own schedules.
Users can now manage the following content types (Record Class, Retention Rule, Document Type, Document Type Group, and Data Owner)—adding, editing, and deleting data, as well as managing mappings between these objects using the template. All uploaded content will be displayed on the Retention Schedule page and can then be published to the Portal.

Users can download existing templates and upload new templates for the following content types: Record Class, Retention Rule, Document Type, Document Type Group, and Data Owner using the Upload Template button in the Retention Schedule page.
The uploader functionality supports add/remove mapping between the following data object pairs:
Record Class and Retention Rule
Record Class and Document Type
Document Type and Document Type Group
Data Owner and Record Class
Data Owner and Document Type
Users can perform the following actions on the contents within the Excel template: add, edit, or delete. A sample excel template screenshot for the Record class is given below.
The Retention Schedule page now features the Organization view, which utilizes a treegrid hierarchy. Data Owners are displayed as parent nodes, housing nested child Data Owners and their associated mapped objects (Record Class, Retention Rule, and Document Type).
To ensure UI consistency, the behavior for all content types in the tree grid must be updated. First, selecting content should open the left side drawer, displaying tabs for Details, Mappings, and Audit. Second, selecting the 'Mappings' tab within that drawer should then trigger a separate popup window to display the mapping details.
Essential Edition:
The Offer Page should include a currency picker that displays conversions for multiple currencies once the annual subscription is selected. Subsequently, the relevant Terms and Conditions must be presented on the Order Confirmation page.
