This release is a feature update to enable the new Governance Rule features to Policy Center Professional and Enterprise customers. Governance rules provide the ability to classify business record Document Types into the Record Class Taxonomy and use the Policy Center API for integration with customer record management systems. This release also includes several VOC enhancements and bug fixes as described below.

- Added ability to upload document types and groups via a single uploader file
- Added ability to create new governance rule trigger codes while editing retention rules
Fixes
- Changed default setting for Orphan management on Citation Maintenance page to “off” to filter out orphan citations by default.
- Resolved issue with Data Compliance flipped the enabled/disabled state when new citation updates are accepted during maintenance.
- Resolved issue with citation maintenance board incorrectly showing a citation as having tagging changes when there were none if that citation had previously unaccepted changes.
- Resolved issue with dashboard widgets showing incorrect totals for citations that had translated content.
- Resolved issue with creation of new Document Type group from the popup screen.
- Resolved issue with Standard Edition not being able to edit all fields necessary.
