This release is a major update improving the way legal research subscriptions are presented within Policy Center. This update resolves several issues that would sometimes result in delays of hours or even days to fully receive a subscription or a batch of recently published updates. The maintenance dashboard has also been updated to allow Data Compliance citation updates to be managed there instead of directly updating the customer working copy.
Features have also been added to give greater control over legal citations that no longer meet the original subscription definition to streamline process and give customers and Iron Mountain professional services control over management of these citations. See below for details.
New
- Legal Research citation delivery architectural change to allow citations to be delivered quickly and reliably when published by the legal research team.
- Data Compliance citation maintenance view is now available to support the review and acceptance of updates to Data Compliance legal research.
- Citations that no longer match the legal research subscription can be fully managed within Policy Center and no longer require participation of the legal research team to resolve.
- Ability to toggle Citation Maintenance mode to have citations automatically flow into Policy Center or be directed to the maintenance board is now available directly within Policy Center.
- New "Records Retention Schedule - Tabular" report to ultimately replace the "Records Retention Schedule - Advanced" report. This is a major enhancement to the report layout and performance. See below for additional details.
- Modified the Mappings --> Retention Schedule page to improve performance while making comments by no longer re-loading the entire page and instead refreshing only the row that has been updated.
