Standard Edition:
Retention Schedule:
- The Governance Rule view for the retention schedule will display the mapped object under the Document Type along with a tooltip.When hovering over the Record class, the tooltip will provide information about the corresponding Record class and Retention including the Code, Jurisdiction, Trigger, Minimum period, Maximum period, and Justification text.
Retention Rule:
- Field names in the Retention Rule are updated as follows:

Retention Citation:
- The default sort order for Citations is performed by the longest to shortest minimum period.
Portal:
- In the Portal Policy view, the formatting/style has been updated to be in sync with the PCS6 design.
- In the Portal Policy view, the tree grid displays the Code column first for portal search results and Data sorted in ascending order by default based on the ‘Name’ field when the user lands on the page. Sorting by Code option is also available.
Essential Edition:
- In the Order confirmation page of the Essential edition, the terms and conditions have been updated for four use cases- US Retention schedule with Annual Subscription, US Retention schedule with only Free look, CA Retention schedule with Annual Subscription, CA Retention schedule with only Free look.
- In the Essential edition free look version, a notification mechanism has been implemented with a clock with the count down the number of days left in the free look period.
- In the Essential edition free look version, a trial expiration page has been implemented to prevent the user from using the free version once the trial period is ended.
