Below the features available for version 7.1.1
Retention Schedule
- In the Retention schedule landing page, rearranged the top header components of the page. Search text field moved to the left side and the View dropdown moved to the right side.
- In the Retention Rule, the Min Period field is renamed to Min Period Description, and Min Period Rational is renamed to Min Period. The Max Period field is renamed to Max Period Description, and Max Period Rational is renamed to Max Period.
- In the Retention Rule, when a value is entered in either Min Period or Min Period Description and the user attempts to save, a confirmation pop-up displays stating, “The Min Period value should match Min Period Description value.” The user can either confirm to save or cancel to continue editing. When a value is entered in either Max Period or Max Period Description and the user attempts to save, a similar confirmation pop-up appears, and the user must confirm or cancel accordingly.
Portal
- In the Portal landing page, rearranged the top header components of the page. Search text field moved to the left side, View dropdown and favorites tab (as an icon) moved to the right side.
- In the Policy View, the first record displayed in the treegrid should be highlighted and the corresponding side drawer is opened by default when landing on the page.
- In the Policy View, the breadcrumb ‘home’ is redefined as Record Classification, and as users drill down the tree, previous breadcrumbs become clickable links.
- In the Governance Rules view, the breadcrumb ‘home’ is redefined as Governance Rules, and previous breadcrumbs also become clickable links as users navigate deeper into the tree.
Settings
- In the Settings page, introduced the Session Timeout to allow users to customize the tenant specific time for the application to be signed out.
- In the Settings page, introduced the default retention schedule view to allow users to set the view to show on opening PCS Retention schedule page.
