Below the features available for version 7.1.0

Retention Schedule 

• Governance Rule view is enabled in the Retention Schedule page with the following data objects should be displayed.
  • Landing page

• Document Type Group

• Accessing Document Type : Click in the Mapping column to view applicable Document Types

• Accessing Governance Rule: Expand the Document Type to view the Governance Rule mapped to it.  Click the Governance Rule to display details in the right side drawer to expand it. The panel opens with the Code, Name, Document Type, Retention Rule, Record class and Citations.

• Accessing Retention Rule

• Accessing Record Class

• Accessing Citation

• Modified the Trigger Code column as dropdown select field in the Retention Rule of both Policy view and Governance Rule view

• Implemented the search functionality by retrieving and displaying the search results of all the data objects in a flat list in the treegrid and highlighting the search keyword in bold letters.

Portal 

• Governance Rule view is enabled in the Portal page.
  • The Retention Schedule opens with a Governance Rules view with a list of Document Type Groups.

• Access Document Type Group: Click in the Document Type Group, details display in the right side panel with Code and Name. 

• Accessing Document Type:  Expand the Document Type Group or click on the Document Types icon to view the list of mapped Document Types. 

• Accessing Governance Rule: Expand the Document Type to view the Governance Rule mapped to it.  Click the Governance Rule to display details in the right side drawer to expand it. The panel opens with the Code ,Name , Document Type , Retention , Record class and Citations.

• Accessing Retention Rule: Click in the Governance Rule, details display in the right side panel with mapped Retention.

• Accessing Record Class: Click in the Governance Rule,details display in the right side panel with mapped Record Class.

• Implemented the favorites functionality for the Governance Rule view to display the favorite data objects of the Document Type Groups, Document types and Governance Rules in a single flat list in the treegrid.

• Implemented the search functionality by retrieving and displaying the search results of all the data objects in a flat list in the treegrid and highlighting the search keyword in bold letters.

Settings

• Implemented the Trigger Code in Settings for adding and deleting the Trigger Codes for the Retention Rule
