Dashboard
- Notification banner feature to display important information about Annual Retention Schedule Update Alert, Workflow Publish Notification and Maintenance Notification.
Retention Schedule
- The Business Function and the Record class side drawer to display code and name without hyphen.
- Expand/collapse all the data objects in a single click using the Expand All/Collapse All option available at the treegrid header
- Changed the Retention Rule window title as the Rule name and modified the Retention Rule window as an editable field
- Enhanced the search functionality by retrieving and displaying the search results of all the data objects in a flat list in the treegrid and highlighting the search keyword in bold letters.
Portal
- The Record classification folder icon is clickable. On click it will open the list of Record classifications.

User Management
- User profile to have only username
- Default Active status to users provisioned
Audit log
- Any user with a role as User Admin only, then on the Audit log page the user must see only logs related to User profile.
- Click the Reset All in the Applied filters should remove all the filters and apply the Modified Date: Last 3 Years filter as default.
- On the Audit log page, Modified date: Last 3 years should be applied as default along with the other manual filters applied by users.
Misc
- Access the Release notes of all the PCS 7.0 releases in the zendesk PCS support URL
- On clicking the question mark icon (?) in the top right of the page, the PDF user guide for the Standard edition should be opened in a separate tab.
- Allow users to view and access multiple tenants (if assigned) within PCS 7 without having to log out and log back in. Users can access the multiple tenants from the User profile dropdown in the top right of the application. On clicking the ‘See All’ all the assigned tenants should be listed and managed from a separate ‘Tenants’ page.
- On the User profile dropdown list, clicking on the Sign Out option should redirect the application to the Signed out message page.
